Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery within the United States is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the item. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping promotions and thresholds will be shown in your cart.
Tracking your order
Track your package any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@becimi.com and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
