- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL(s) of the material you believe is infringing;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. We may notify the party that provided the material and give them the opportunity to submit a counter-notification as permitted by law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you provided was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate business relationships with any party determined to be a repeat infringer.
