Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, all processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout:
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards
- Express checkout options shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, where available)
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee.
When Your Card Is Charged
Your payment method is charged in full at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email as your receipt within minutes.
Payment Security
We never see or store your full card details. All payment data is handled by Shopify Payments' encrypted infrastructure, and every transaction is protected with SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure verification where required by your bank.
Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are captured. Please check your card details, ensure sufficient funds, or try another payment method. If problems persist, contact your bank — or reach us via our Contact page and we'll help troubleshoot.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, orders may undergo verification checks. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Refunds to Your Payment Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method in line with our Return & Refund Policy, within 5–10 business days of approval.
