Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Yes — you can cancel or modify your order any time before it ships. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under our 30-day return policy. Email support@becimi.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time to the United States: 8–12 business days. Estimated total delivery: 9–15 business days depending on your location. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you at dispatch. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship from?
Becimi is operated from our business office at 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #3059, New York, NY 10001. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin of your parcel may differ from our business address. Our New York address is our business contact address and is not the location from which orders are shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve customers in the United States, with delivery also available to Canada and select international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for timelines by region.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll guide you through the return process. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes — every purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
What if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@becimi.com with a brief description and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return postage required.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes fit notes, and our Size Guide explains how to measure yourself. Between sizes? We generally recommend sizing up.
Are your colours accurate?
We present products as accurately as possible, but screen settings can affect how colours appear on your device.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes — payments are handled by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with full encryption. We never see or store your card details.
