Return & Refund Policy

At Becimi we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@becimi.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost and send a prepaid label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and pierced jewelry, along with any items marked Final Sale, cannot be returned unless faulty.
